The Study and Practise of Logic

Logic is the systematic study of valid inference.  Classical, or Oligarn, logic is concerned with the most formal properties of an inference, not its accuracy. This is an important point in that in Oligarn Logic, a premise can be proven true or false, but the truth of the underlying assumptions to the premise can cause the entire statement to be false.
